1. Acceptable Use

By using Global Connect, you agree not to:

Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
Upload illegal or sexually explicit content (monitored via Cloudinary).
Attempt to reverse-engineer the application logic.

2. Virtual Gifts & Payments

Global Connect offers virtual items ("GiftItems").

Payments are processed securely via Paystack.
Virtual items hold no real-world monetary value and are non-refundable.
Currency synchronization is handled via Firebase Firestore.

3. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate our community standards or fail verification (OTP/Identity).

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is our priority. This policy explains how we handle your data.

1. Data Collection

Authentication: We use Firebase Auth for secure login.
Media: Uploaded videos are hosted on Cloudinary.
Activity: We track online status and session data for safety.

2. Third-Party Services

We share necessary data with the following partners to provide app services:

Google Firebase: Database and Hosting.
Paystack: Payment processing (we do not store your card details).
YouTube: Integrated video streaming services.

3. Data Deletion

Users may request account deletion at any time through the Profile Settings. Upon deletion, all personal data is scrubbed from our Firestore database.
